A special shopper tracking code is generated by this website to keep track of
the items in your basket. Occasionally the code you receive can become outdated, duplicated or invalid.
When that happens the basket will empty itself.
How to resolve the problem:
Option 1: Login or Register
Logging in or registering with us will cause the site to give you a unique and permanent shopper tracking code.
Your shopping basket should always function properly if you are logged in.

Option 2: Clear the old tracking code
- Make note of the items currently in your shopping basket by writing down item numbers or printing the basket page.
- Click here to remove the old shopper tracking code.
Warning: doing this will most likely remove
all of the items currently in your shopping basket.
- Close your web browser completely: not only KVSupply.com, but also close any other websites
you might have open.
- Open your web browser again and type www.kvsupply.com in the address bar found at the top
center of the browser window. Doing this will make the website create a new, valid shopper tracking code.
- The Shopping Basket should work properly from that point on.

Why do I have a "Minimum Order Charge" in my basket?

A $5.00 minimum order charge applies to all orders with merchandise totaling less than $50.00 before any
shipping charges. Due to some technical limitations of this website, the charge must be added as an item
in your shopping basket. It is automatically removed if your merchandise total reaches $50.00.
Why is "Temperature Sensitive Shipping" in my basket?

To ensure quality and effectiveness, all vaccines and a select list of other temperature sensitive items
must be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. We offer these special flat-rate shipping options exclusively
for vaccines and certain other designated items.
Due to some technical limitations of this website, the special flat-rate shipping for temperature sensitive items
must be added as item in your shopping basket.
Other items on your order will be shipped by the method you specify during the checkout process (usually Ground).
Charges added by default:
If an item qualifies for flat-rate expedited shipping, the applicable charge will be automatically added to
your basket, based on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air is added by default during May - October
- 2nd Day Air is added by default during November - April
