Other ingredients include calcium carbonate, kelp, micorcellulose, stearic acid, whey, croscarmellos sodium vegetable stearate and silica.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Also suggested to take with a Vitamin E supplement or a multi-vitamin daily. Studies have found the most effective dosage of selenium to be 200 mcg daily. So, be sure to check how much selenium your multi-vitamin contains before adding a selenium supplement to your daily regimen. Chronic, very high levels of selenium may be toxic.
