All Weather Wall Installation Kit

Cutout size:
Small - 5" x 9 1/4"
Medium - 7 1/4" x 13"
Large - 9 3/4" x 17"

Tools required for installation include:
Drill and 3/8" drill bit
Sabre Saw
Phillips Screwdriver
Safety Goggles.

Directions:
Measure wall thickness.
For 6 3/4" to 7 1/4" wall thickness - use Wall Kit Panels "as is". Screws are designed to fit widest possible wall thickness. You may need to shorten screws by using a hack saw and de-burr cut end with file.
For wall thickness less that 6 3/4" - break off the v-grooved edge sections from each of the 6 Wall Kit panel sections - 1" from either side as needed.

Assemble Wall Kit. Complete by press-fitting the 6 panel sections together.

With a second person holding outside frame of dog door in place, insert assembled Wall Kit into opening from inside. Place inside frame of dog door into opening around the Wall Kit. The Wall Kit will be slightly shorter than the tunnel. Push Wall Kit until it is touching the ribs on the inside frame and/or caulk in place with silicone caulk (not supplied).

Insert Wall Kit screws to complete the installation. Do not overtighten.

For better insulation, you may use silicone caulking to fill gaps around your Wall Kit.
