Back Orders
- The "Estimated In-Stock Date" is not a guarantee. It merely indicates the approximate date that our purchasing team
expects to have that item in stock. This date may have already passed, but the item is not yet in stock.
- Items placed on backorder will ship as soon as they become available.
- No charges are made on backordered merchandise until it ships.
- Items priced under $10.00 will not be backordered, with the following exception:
If there are other items in your order that put your total above $10.00, we can hold the entire order until the item on backorder
becomes available. This is also called "Ship Complete". If you would like to have an online order shipped complete,
call or email a KV Agent - providing your Order Number, and we will be glad to do this for you.
- We cannot backorder any items on International Orders.

- Shipping is charged for the whole order upfront - including items on backorder. You will only be charged once for shipping. If you decide to cancel an item on backorder that carries a shipping charge, that charge will be credited back to you.
- The $5.00 Minimum Order Charge (for orders less than $50) is only applied once - regardless of the number of shipments your order requires.
