Using Fel-O-Vax MC-K is only part of total ringworm control. Ringworm is a very frustrating disease to control in cats due to the persistent nature of spores in the environment and the presence of carrier cats. Before vaccinating an adult cat (4 months of age), obtain a confirmed diagnosis from a culture to identify the organism present. Fel-O-Vax MC-K is only effective against Microsporum canis. Other
control measures include a closed environment, treatment of the environment and topical therapies.
Indicated for the treatment of skin and wound infections, respiratory infections, tonsillitis and urinary tract infections in dogs and cats.
