• During the checkout process, you will be asked for basic information about the animal(s) for which you are ordering prescriptions.
• Our website will automatically check for available refills.
• If prescriptions need to be added or renewed, you will be asked for your veterinarian's contact information.
• KV can automatically fax your vet to request a prescription.
• Alternatively, you can print a form to be given to your vet.
• Your vet can establish or renew a prescription by faxing back a completed copy of our form (most preferred), faxing in their own prescription form, or telephoning our pharmacy. NOTE: Faxed prescriptions will only be accepted if sent directly from the vet's office.
• If you have the original written prescription, you can also mail it to our address below.
