Note:
With exception of Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils should NOT be applied directly on the skin. Essential oil use during pregnancy is still controversial. Essential oils DO cross the placenta; the effect on the unborn child is not entirely known. The time of most concern is the first trimester, but it is generally agreed that essential oils should be avoided for the first 24 weeks. Some aromatherapists avoid essential oils during the entire pregnancy. Aromatherapy DURING labor is a different story!

Recipe for use:
Grapefruit Forest Air Freshener & Linen Spray
1 cup water
1 1/2 ounce vodka or rubbing alcohol
30 drops Lavender essential oil
45 drops Rosemary essential oil
45 drops Grapefruit essential oil
(Whatever scent you love!)
Tip: Spray on clothes before ironing.
