Ingredients:
Proprietary probiotic blend 121.5 mg (bifidobacterium bifidum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, streptococcus thermophilus), n-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) 300 mg. Other ingredients: Rice maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.

Directions:
Adults take 3 caps daily, preferably in separate doses. Dosage may be doubled. For children 60 lbs or more, take 1-3 caps daily.
