This (ivermectin/pyrantel) is for use in dogs 6 weeks of age plus. Used to prevent heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae for 30 days after infection and for the treatment and control of ascarids and hookworms. Give 1 tablet orally each month at a minimum dose of 2.72 mcg/lb. 6 tablets per package.
