Note:
With exception of Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils should NOT be applied directly on the skin. Essential oil use during pregnancy is still controversial. Essential oils DO cross the placenta; the effect on the unborn child is not entirely known. The time of most concern is the first trimester, but it is generally agreed that essential oils should be avoided for the first 24 weeks. Some aromatherapists avoid essential oils during the entire pregnancy. Aromatherapy DURING labor is a different story!.

Recipes for use:
All Purpose Citrus Lavender Cleaner
2 cups water
1 cup vinegar
2 tsp baking soda
15 drops Tea Tree essential oil
30 drops Orange essential oil
30 drops Lemon essential oil
20 drops Lavender essential oil
15 drops Eucalyptus essential oil

Grapefruit Forest Air Freshener & Linen Spray
1 cup water
1 1/2 ounce vodka or rubbing alcohol
30 drops Lavender essential oil
45 drops Rosemary essential oil
45 drops Grapefruit essential oil
(Whatever scent you love!)
Tip: Spray on clothes before ironing.
