• Inhibitory-for fluctuating moods and a variety of challenging emotions, GABA reduces brain stimulation helping with relaxation and calm. Taurine also provides calming as well as the traditional herbs of Kava Kava, lemon balm and valerian which soothe the nervous system

• Stimulation-DMAE, vitamins B-5 and 6 and various amino acids assist with memory, focus and concentration and contribute to mental functioning, drive, ambition, and memory.

•In addition Mood Balance contributes to energy metabolism. A common manifestation of the stress of hormonal changes is fatigue. Feeling fatigued affects mood. Mood and energy depend in part on a myriad of energy consuming electrical, chemical and structural processes in the brain. Nutritional co-factors convert glucose to the energy the brain requires.

Suggested Use:
1 tab 3 times daily. For optimal absorption, take between meals or with a carbohydrate meal. 1 tab can be taken before bedtime. For best results, use this product for at least 6 weeks, although benefits may be experienced sooner.
