Petadolex - 60 softgels

•Petadolex is clinically studied and neurologist recommended. It contains the patented extract of the herb butterbur that supports healthy blood vessel tone, especially in the brain, as well as normal blood flow in the brain. Subjects in the clinical studies reported 62% improvement. Butterbur has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy properties.

•Petadolex is standardized preparation of butterbur"s key ingredient, petasin. It is guaranteed to be pyrrolizidine alkaloid (PA) free and can be used with confidence. (PA"s are toxic compounds that can harm the liver.) Studies demonstrate that patented Petadolex is safe and well tolerated.

•The herb purple butterbur may be effective in the treatment of migraine headaches, allergies and asthma, in bladder control, smooth muscle spasms, and skin wounds.

Ingredients:
Purple Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) 50 mg (Petadolex brand Root Extract standardized to contain 7.5 mg petasins and to be free of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (Pas) Other ingredients: medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin, water, and riboflavin color.

Suggested Use:
1 softgel 3 times daily for the first four weeks. Thereafter, 1 softgel twice daily. (For best results, supplementation with Petadolex should be carried out consistently for 4 to 6 months. (If you discontinue use after this initial cycle - it will maintain its effectiveness.) Resume supplementation Petadolex for another 4 to 6 month cycle if needed.

Note: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Also, any possible interactions of the herb butterbur with standard pharmaceutical medicine, such as beta blockers or triptans, are currently not known.
