Description

An inactivated, purified tissue culture origin Equine Herpes Virus EHV-1 vaccine for vaccination of healthy equines 6 months or older, as an aid in the prevention of abortion (EHV-1 causes most abortions) and respiratory disease associated with equine herpes virus 1 infection.

Directions:
For pregnant mares administer a 2 ml dose I.M. in the 5th, 7th and 9th month of pregnancy. Other mares on the same pasture or housing should be vaccinated on same schedule. For primary immunization against respiratory disease administer three 2 ml doses I.M. at 4 to 6 week intervals. A 2 ml booster dose annually should be given.
