Directions:
Menstruating/ovulating women should apply once or twice daily as needed, starting on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 27th day. Perimonopausal women should apply once or twice daily as needed, starting on the 7th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 27th day. Menopausal or non-menstruating women should apply once or twice daily for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a five day break. Rotate area of application each time between face, hands, chest, inner arms and thighs.
