Quest is effective in the treatment and control of large and small strongyles, encysted cyathostomes, roundworms, pinworms, hairworms, large-mouth stomach worms and horse stomach bots (including G, intestinalis and G. nasalis) in horses, ponies, breeding mares, stallions and foals 4 months of age and older. It also suppresses strongyle egg production through 84 days which means less pasture contamination. The unique clear gel melts almost instantly in a horse's mouth - no more spit-out paste or wasted medication. One applicator will treat a 1,150 pound horse. Dosage is 0.4 mg/kg. The plunger is marked in 250 pound increments.
