Returns & Exchanges
KV Supply understands that sometimes what you receive is not what you had hoped for. That's why we are happy to return or exchange almost any item we ship. Here's how:
- Please use the return form on the back of your order invoice or
download a return form here.
- Please report your intention to return merchandise within 90 days after you receive it.
- A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges over 30 days after receipt.
- Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information
and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
- Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
- Special orders are non-returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you unless there was an error on our part in the shipment of the order.
- Report to carrier any boxes that are damaged within 72 hours.
UPS: 800-742-5877 or FedEx: 800-GO-FEDEX - Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of order receipt.
- Damages thereafter, report to KV for further claims.
- Prescription items are non-returnable.
