Returns & Exchanges
  • Customer satisfaction is our first priority!
  • If you wish to return an item, please use the form on the back of the packing slip sent inside your order or
    download a return form here.
  • Returns will be honored only if reported within 30 days after receipt.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges made beyond the normal 30 day window.
  • Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items. Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.
  • Report to carrier any boxes that are damaged within 72 hours.

  • Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of order receipt.
  • Damages thereafter, report to KV for further claims.
  • Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    State regulations prohibit us from accepting for refund unused portions of dispensed prescriptions except when these drugs are subject to a manufacturer's or FDA recall. This rule is for your protection and assures you that medications dispensed by this pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacist.
