Suggested Use:
Adults and Teens over 15:
15 to 20 drops diluted in about 1/2 glass of water or juice, about 5 minutes before bedtime. May be repeated throughout the night as needed. A feeling of drowsiness and relaxation will be noted within about 10 to 15 minutes.
