It is in this way that even sinusitis is helped by the use of serratiopeptidase. It digests non-living tissue and leaves living tissue alone.

•However, this enzyme must be taken in an enteric coated tablet in order for it to enter the blood stream and should be taken between meals.

Suggested Use:
10 to 30 mg per day.
For arthritis, sinusitis, fibrocystic breast swelling, bronchitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and cardiovascular problems, 20 mg a day.
For pain, start with 10 mg daily and work up to 20 mg if needed.
For injury, trauma, and post-surgery, take 30 mg for two days, then take 20 mg daily until swelling and pain subsides.
Take on an empty stomach at least one hour before eating and two hours after eating.
