Shipping & Handling

FREE GROUND SHIPPING and handling to the 48 contiguous United States, except for designated items with added shipping weight or special requirements. Individual items weighing over 2 pounds will usually carry a shipping charge. Items under 2 pounds do not normally have a shipping charge, regardless of the quantity you buy. This applies only when shipping by the Ground method to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
A $5.00 Handling Fee applies to all orders with merchandise totaling less than $50.00.
Vaccines and other temperature sensitive items are normally shipped via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for a special flat fee. Special shipping options for temperature sensitive items will be available when applicable.
Standard shipping and handling charges, when they exist, are based on the weight and box size of the items and the distance they must be shipped.
UPS is our usual carrier within the 48 contiguous United States. If you prefer a different carrier (such as FedEx), please contact us to make arrangements.
We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail or Standard Post for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and APO / FPO. Charges may apply.
In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you unless there was an error on our part in the shipment of the order.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Most orders placed before 12 noon Central Time Monday - Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside of that window are shipped on the next business day.
Packages shipped via Ground to the 48 contiguous United States typically arrive in 2 to 4 days.
Temperature sensitive items that are being shipped expediently (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) are usually only sent from KV Supply on certain days of the week to avoid lag time over the weekend.
Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement only. Shipments are not usually delivered on Saturdays. That means that orders shipped via 2nd Day Air on Thursday or Next Day Air on Friday would arrive on Monday. Saturday deliveries can be made in most US destinations for an additional charge. Please contact us if you wish to make Saturday delivery arrangements.
During certain holidays your delivery may be delayed because KV Supply and/or the carrier is closed in recognition of the holiday.

International Shipping

Orders destined outside the United States are shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges apply.
We advise that you check with your local customs on whether the products requested will be allowed entrance into your country.
KV Supply has no control over duties, customs, tariffs or import fees associated with your order. All applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges for orders destined outside the United States are non-refundable.
