Minimum Order Charge
- A $5.00 Service Charge applies to all orders with merchandise totalling less
than $50.00.
Shipping & Handling
- FREE SHIPPING and handling on over 80% of our products when shipping
via standard Ground service to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Ground shipping charges may apply for heavier and/or larger items - generally anything over 2 lbs. In this case the
"shipping weight" of an item is noted on the item detail. Example:
"This item carries a shipping weight of 11 lbs.".
- Expedited shipping options are also available. Charges for expedited shipping are based on the
total order weight, level of service and travel distance.
- Special rates apply for vaccines and other temperature sensitive items. See "Temperature
Sensitive Shipping" below.
- Orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and all
destinations abroad are usually handled by the U.S. Postal Service. Freight charges apply.

Temperature Sensitive Shipping
- All vaccines and certain other temperature sensitive items are shipped at a special flat rate of
$29.95 (AK & HI $50.00) for Next Day Air or $15.95 (AK & HI $35.00) for 2nd Day Air. This charge is applied to your order automatically
when purchasing one of these items. Shipping charges for any other items on your order are
calculated separately (usually free).
- Most commonly, vaccines are shipped Expedited while other items on the order are shipped Ground.
- Seasonal Recommendation: We recommend shipping vaccines Next Day Air May through October
and 2nd Day Air November through April. KV cannot guarantee vaccines May through October unless they
are shipped Next Day Air.
- Vaccines are packaged on ice packs in a styrofoam cooler. When properly packaged, vaccines can be
shipped to you even in the hot summer time. Upon receiving your order ice packs may be melted,
but they have helped assure the protection of vaccines during shipment. Refrigerate your vaccines
until you use them.
- Vaccines cannot be shipped to P.O. addresses.
- Vaccines cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
International Shipping
- Freight charges for all orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States
are based on the total order weight, service level and travel distance.
- KV Supply has no control over any duties, customs, tariffs, or import fees imposed by your local
customs service. All applicable duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
