The "Grazing" Muzzle

Used for weight management in horses, the Grazing Muzzle prevents problems caused by overeating, such as laminitis and founder. An opening in the bottom allows the horse to eat only small amounts of grass while providing unrestricted drinking. The box stitched nylon "basket-weave" style muzzle with plastic bottom is durable and comfortable. The four-point halter attachment system and the muzzles light-weight nylon material combine to promote a better fit, reducing the probability of friction sores. The breakaway system will hold in place under normal circumstances, yet will pull apart if a horse panics and struggles to free itself. Available in Miniature, Pony, Horse or Large Horse. Available only in Black.
