Suggested Use:
Maintenance dose: 1-3 caps daily. Therapeutic dose: 1 cap per 40 lbs of body weight. Acute/chronic dose: 4-6 caps regardless of body weight.
General Dosage Rules: Maximum dose 6 caps (2400 I.U.)-more than this is usually wasted. Entire dosage to be taken All At Once. Best effect when dosage is taken with a meal.

Ingredients:
Tocopherols 700 IU alpha 432 mg. Proprietary blend: D-gamma tocopherol-D-delta tocooherol and D-beta tocopherol. Other ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, water. Contains no soy oil, soy protein, gluten, or other fillers, allergens or additives.

Note:
People using drugs such as blood-thinners, cholesterol medications, blood pressure medications, etc, should always start with 1 capsule and work up to optimum dosage over time as needed. Vitamin E can temporarily increase blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure - monitoring dosage is required. However, it has been reported that over time vitamin E can actually lower blood pressure in subjects with high blood pressure. Unlike other fat soluble vitamins, vitamin E is NOT accumulated in the liver. Excess vitamin E is excreted, mostly in bile.
