Veggie Wash - Gallon Refill

•Veggie Wash is designed to remove germs from food handling, pesticide residues and other surface contaminants found on fresh produce.

Directions:
For firm produce, like tomatoes and apples, cover thoroughly with Veggie Wash and rub for 15 to 30 seconds, then water rinse. For soft produce, like lettuce and strawberries (see below for broccoli and cauliflower), spray and let stand for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. To remove wax coatings, run warm water over product for 20 seconds, then follow directions above.

For cleaning larger quantities: Add 1/4 cup Veggie Wash to 1 gallon of water and soak produce for 30 seconds, then rinse.

Please Note: Broccoli and cauliflower, due to their delicate nature, should be cleaned as follows: Add 1/8 cup (1 oz.) Veggie Wash to 1 gallon (half sinkful) of water, soak for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
