Baytril Otic Drops
Baytril Otic is used topically for treatment of ear infections and other skin conditions of the ear in dogs. Baytril otic includes two main active ingredients: enrofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and silver sulfadiazine, an antimicrobial agent with effective antifungal properties.

Cautions:
Avoid if your pet is allergic to quinolones or sulfonamides or is known to have central nervous system disorders. Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.
Allergic reactions to medications may occur. Be sure to inform your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies. If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction, call your veterinarian immediately or go to a veterinary emergency clinic. Symptoms may include but are not limited to: swollen lips, tongue, face, airways; difficulty breathing; agitation; profuse salivation; vomiting; widespread hives and itching.
Side effects:
Serious side effects are not expected. Mild side effects such as skin irritation and redness have been reported. If hearing dysfunction is noted during the course of treatment, discontinue use of Baytril Otic and contact your veterinarian. Other side effects may occur. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.
Usage:
Apply Baytril Otic onto the skin or outer ear canal as directed by you veterinarian. After applying Baytril Otic, gently massage the ear to uniformly distribute the medication.
