Hawthorne Wind Aid
Wind Aid is an equine breathing aid that offers temporary relief from coughs, allergies and minor breathing problems. Its blend of aromatic oils and potassium iodide work to reduce mucus, which is always a factor with respiratory-tract problems. Its soothing glycerine base coats the irritated surfaces of the throat while helping to reduce inflammation. It also works as an expectorant, allowing for freer breathing and more open air passages, to help make your horse more comfortable and better able to perform.

Ingredients:
Potassium Iodide: 30.6g (liquid) / 1.9g (paste)
Eucalyptus Oil, Peppermint Oil, Glycerine in Aqeous base.
Directions for Use:
Liquid:
Administer 2 oz. orally with dose syringe two hours prior to exercise or racing for minor wind problems.
For equine bronchial congestion with minor wind problems, give 2 oz. orally two to three times daily.
For competition horses, begin administering 2 oz. orally, twice a day, for three to five days before an event.
Paste:
For minor wind problems, administer the entire dose syringe two hours prior to exercise.
For equine bronchial congestion, administer a complete dose syringe two or three times daily.
