Mini Neon Nylon Halter
This halter is made from 2-ply, 3/4-inch nylon web with brass plated hardware. The eyelet holes are reinforced with grommets to prevent fraying, while the adjustable chin allows you to tighten or loosen around the nose. The neon colors are great for the barn!
