Product Summary:

RESCUE!® Big Bag Fly Trap

The RESCUE!® Big Bag Fly Trap catches flies in bulk and is simple to use. Use it around the barn and other outdoor areas with heavy fly concentration to get rid of them before they become a nuisance inside. Just add water and hang! When the trap is full, simply take it down, close the yellow top and throw the entire trap in the garbage.

This trap is baited for fly species that are most common in agricultural areas, including house flies, false stable flies, blow flies, blue and green bottle flies, flesh flies, face flies and many others. It contains a fast-acting fly attractant that starts working as soon as you add water. Food and feed additives are combined with other dried ingredients to make the RESCUE!® attractant. Lured by the scent, flies enter through the yellow top cap and drown in the water.

Features:

  • Designed to handle outdoor areas with heavy fly concentrations
  • Controls flies around barns, stables, and animal pens
  • Fast-acting powder attractant is contained within the trap itself
  • Attractant dissolves and activates quickly when water is added to the bag
  • Trap's design eliminates touching the bait or the flies
  • Completely disposable when full
  • Holds up to 40,000 flies
  • Made in the U.S.A.

It's the best I've found for trapping those bothersome flies. I put up 5 bags at a time -- 2+2+1 in different locations -- and have very little trouble with flies, despite the goats and chickens living next door. Just don't put it where the smell can come in a window of the house; it STINKS!!! But all the better to draw in flies.

I have dealt with KV for many years and never been disappointed. Chose this over the others with the help of reviews. Have used the fly traps when I had the horse stables and know they work. We have the biting flies around the great grandkids pool and the pests need to be gone.

Other equestrians tell me this product really works!
ELLEN H on Jun 4, 2018
This is the absolutely best fly attractant, and gives me a jump start to fly season.
Valerie S on May 25, 2018
I've used Rescue for years. I put out 4 or 5 big bags every two weeks; despite my horse and the neighbor's goats and chickens, the number of flies that bother me or the horse is very small -- all the others are buzzing and dying in the Rescue bag.
LINDA R on May 24, 2018
these work!

These bags work great around the pastures and stables for catching flies
DEBRA J A on Aug 25, 2017
I have horses; neighbor has horses, goats, chickens. Many animals = LOTS OF FLIES! These traps are excellent at taking flies "out of circulation". I set many large & small bags at the same time (5 or 6 each), 2 at each location, to grab as much as possible. Small bags fill in about 10 days, large bags in 3 weeks. Flies still bother the animals -- but MUCH less than before. Bonus: untrapped flies buzz around the bags; about 10 feet away, very few flies come over pester animals or humans.
LINDA R on Aug 20, 2017
I've used fly traps before and like this one best because I don't have to touch the attractant . They really work!
jana r on Aug 16, 2017
needed them
JAMEE P on Aug 14, 2017
Worst fly season I can remember and these stink traps really suck in the flies away from my boys--put them on the corral fences where they'll get the most sun (in Tucson!). Mine are
full so had to order the big bags for the rest of the season.
CHRISTINE M on Aug 12, 2017
I think the bags work better than the jar traps...cheaper too.
