To put it in simple terms, every animal has two types of bacteria in its system: good bacteria and bad bacteria. Both are needed, but the key is balance. If the balance is there, your animal will grow healthy and be happy. If the balance is not there, then your animal may become ill.

If the pH of your horse's environment is altered during stress, competition, travel, breeding or medications, Pro Bi can help. Pro Bi is a biological feed additive designed to maximize digestion, and help your animal utilize the value of its food more easily.

Since balance is an important part of your animal’s health, companies have started providing direct fed microbials. Pro Bi is not a source of live organisms, but it does supply the by-products they produce. The active ingredients in Pro Bi slow down the growth of 22 pathogenic organisms. Pro Bi provides the benefits of live cultures without the problems and concerns of using pure cultures.

Horses:
Use before, during and after travel and competition. Along with de-wormers, antibiotic and other drug therapies. Use also with alterations of feed, water and/or environment: 7.5 cc (ml) twice daily, orally or with feed. Foals: Administer 15 cc (ml) shortly after birth.

Maintenance:
10 cc (ml) daily.

MAY BE USED AT ANY SIGN OF DIGESTIVE DISORDERS:

Administer 30 cc (ml) orally, immediately, and contact your local Veterinarian for appropriate diagnostics and treatment, if necessary.

Swine:
Baby Pigs (Scours): 1 cc (ml) twice daily syringed or 2 cc (ml) per gallon of milk replacer.

Cows:
Bloat:
30 cc (ml) daily on feed, tubed or syringed orally. Calves: Administer 10 cc (ml) shortly after birth.
 
Receiving for Calves with reduced feed intake:
10 cc (ml) daily for 7 days on feed or syringed orally. Maintenance for Calves: 5 cc (ml) daily on feed as needed.
PRO BITM may be used with milk replacer as indicated below:
 
Receiving:
2 cc (ml) per calf per day for 7 days.
 
Maintenance:
1 cc (ml) per calf per day.
 
Note:
Can be syringed, if needed. (Can be used with veal calves.)
