12: 12" back, up to 20" chest girth
14: 14" back, up to 22" chest girth
16: 16" back, up to 25" chest girth
18: 18" back, up to 27" chest girth
20: 20" back, up to 29" chest girth

For back measurement, measure dog's back from neck (right below where their collar would sit) all the way to just above the top of their tail.
For chest girth measurement, measure around the larges part of your dog's chest, just behind their forelimbs.

Care:
Spot clean dirt or machine wash inside out with closure fastened on gentle cycle, cold water.  Hand to dry.  Do not iron.
