It contains herbs and antioxidants that support lung function such as: spirulina, an antioxidant that inhibits histamine release and is a potent regulator in the immune system; Vitamin C, a key antioxidant in lung tissue; Flaxseed meal, a rich source of linolenic acid; and Jiaogulan to support healthy histamine levels, lung health, and a healthy immune system.

Directions for Use:
Use at the rate of 60g (1 scoop) daily. May increase to 120g (2 scoops) daily in times of allergies.
